The right of withdrawal
After receiving the delivery, the buyer has a right to withdraw from the sales within 14 days. The original packaging must be pristine.
The right does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity. To enforce the right, the ordered merchandise must not be used in any other way than is necessary to test the merchandise as it would be tested in the shop. If the merchandise has been used in a way it is not intended for use or if it shows any signs of use, the Web Shop maintains the right to decrease the refund in proportion to the lost value of merchandise.
The return the merchandise, you need to fill in the appropriate form found at www.pulberkuunal.ee and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 days since receiving the merchandise. Return fees will be covered by the buyer unless the delivered merchandise was not what the customer ordered (incorrect or defected). The buyer must return the merchandise within 14 days after filling in the form or present a document confirming the return. Web Shop will fully refund the buyer after receiving the returned merchandise no later than within 14 days since receiving.
Web Shop may refuse a refund until they have received the returning merchandise or until the buyer presents a document confirming re-shipping, depending on which event takes place sooner. If the buyer selected a different shipping method from the Web Shop’s most regular shipping method, the Web Shop is not required to refund more than the cost of the most regular shipping method.
Web Shop maintains the right to withdraw from sales and demand the return of merchandise if the price in the Web Shop has been erroneously marked lower than the actual market price.
The Web Shop is accountable for any non-compliance or defect of the merchandise present at the moment of delivery and within two years since the buyer receiving the merchandise.
Within the first six months, it will be presumed the defect was present at the time of delivery. It is up to Web Shop to prove otherwise. The buyer maintains the right to contact the Web Shop within two months since receiving defected merchandise via email@example.com.
The Web Shop is not accountable for defects occurring after delivery. If Web Shop is accountable for defects, they will repair or replace any defected products. If they cannot be repaired or replaced, the buyer will be fully refunded.
The Web Shop will reply to customer complaints in writing or in way that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and personal data processing
The Web Shop uses the buyer’s personal data (including name, phone number, address, email address, bank details) only for order processing and shipping. The Web Shop will forward personal data to delivery companies to enable shipping.
The Web Shop will send newsletter and special offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has agreed to it on the shop website by inserting their email address. The buyer maintains to right to withdraw from the mailing list at any time by informing us via email or following subscription cancellation instructions in the newsletter.
Settling of disputes
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Web Shop, they should be mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the parties are unable to settle the dispute, the buyer has a right to contact the Consumers Union which is entitled to settle any disputes arising from the sales contract. Reviewing of the complaint is free of charge. The buyer may also contact the European Union platform for settling consumer disputes.
